Serving Size: 1 softgel

Amount Per Serving:
Phosphatidylserine (PS) from Lecithin 100mg
(Sunflower) (Helianthus annuus) Seed Oil
Other Ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides (modified palm and palm kernel oil), softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water), sunflower lecithin, silicon dioxide, mixed tocopherols (antioxidant) and ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant).

Contains No: Wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.
Directions
Take 1 capsule up to 3 times per day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Quality product at best price
This was an exceptional price for this product. My doc had recommended I try it for three months for cognitive function but it was so expensive elsewhere. I also trust the Jarrow brand.
